We will discuss the therapy options with you. We offer a robust initial 90 minute assessment tailored to your specific needs. It’s at this stage we will decide whether a short course or longer term psychotherapy is needed depending on your goals and complexity. We put you in control by giving you a personalised treatment plan. Our approach is collaborative and time sensitive offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and relational models of therapy.
Our short term therapy integrates the mindful approach and is delivered over 6-12 sessions and thereafter by 60 minute follow on sessions. We are dedicated and highly experienced professionals passionate about giving you a sense of empowerment and working towards you feeling confident and well again.
We understand that therapy can feel daunting. From the initial consultation you will leave our practice with a sense of being understood and a clear therapeutic plan. We are genuinely here to support you and take pride in the best possible outcome for our clients.
