Mindfulness in Action Programme: Group Courses for Wellbeing

Our mindfulness courses run right through the year and are targeted for the general public no previous experience of mindfulness is needed. Just your intention to develop a life that you flourish in. Our courses are designed to promote psychological wellness, by developing your mind and building stress and emotional resilience. Please take a look at our next course dates

So what happens on the course?

Delivered by Dr Amanda Kinsella and colleagues.  Amanda has delivered over 150 courses and has designed the programme to integrate mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT). It’s based on extensive research and is approved by the NHS.

From the moment you arrive you will be greeted with warmth respect and assured of confidentiality. Over the weeks, Dr Kinsella will explore how to develop mindfulness to your body and mind. The enviroment is calm friendly and relaxed. Open to all we would encourage you to take advantage of our free telephone consultation with one of our psychologists we would love to hear from you.   

You will learn to respond and notice how you relate to your experiences, both within yourself and towards others. Breaking the habitual patterns that keep you stuck and not reaching the change you seek.You will see a reduction in stress and chainging  unhelpful relationships such as  Yo Yo  dieting, alcohol, smoking, and ending negative patterns in relationships. Dr Kinsella and her team are here to ensure that you develop a life that you flourish in .
