Delivered by Dr Amanda Kinsella and colleagues.  Amanda has delivered over 150 courses and has designed the programme to integrate mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT). It’s based on extensive research and is approved by the NHS.

We believe that  men and woman flourish more when they are offered separate spaces to connect. We see this as mutually beneficial and the feedback we have received validates the benefits of this approach.

From the moment you arrive you will be greeted with warmth and understanding. Over the weeks, Dr Kinsella will explore how to develop mindfulness to your body and mind. You will learn to relate to yourself differently and break the habitual patterns such as yo yo dieting over using  alcohol in times of stress. We will  explore unhelpful relationship patterns and give you strategies for effective comunication and attract positive relationships. Unique to our approach is our a city retreat day .We are confidant that you can maintain the  changes that you seek . A life that you flourish in .

MIAP: Delivery and location?
